ReplyDelete1) but out of them i pick article 3 because that is true how are u going to take some ones life for no reason like if a baby is born how are you going to take its life for no reason.
2) why i think it was included was because everyone has the right to live. and i feel like its really wrong if someone just kills for no reason.

Article 1.
ReplyDelete• All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
I chows this article because since the moment that we are born we all should be free. No one should be born as a sleeve. We are all humans and therefore equal. No matter what race, skin color, nationality we all live under the same planet and should all have the same rights.
This article is part of the declaration because its a fundamental right that we should all have no matter where on earth you live.
Article 2.
• Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
I chows this article because i agree with it 100%. No matter what type of government you live under they should respect the rights and freedoms that you have just for being alive.
This is part of the UN because of all the different type of governments around the world. To tell them that we ass the people have rights and freedoms that no one not even then should violate.
Article 16.
• (1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
• (2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
• (3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State
I chows this article because I didn’t know that their was such ant article. I have heard of a lot of marriages all around the world that the family chows their daughter’s husband and or vice versa I didn’t know this was illegal.
This is a very impotent article because family is the most important relationship in society and no one should get married against their will.
Article 19.
• Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers
We have all heard of cases in which people from around the world have been killed or imprisoned for specking against the government. In some countries people cant even pick up a book or a newspaper and see what is happening in the world, which is one of the worst thing you can do to people not let them know what is actually happing.
The UN has this to protect the people from this actions spreading out and to try to stop those that occur today.
Article 24.
• Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay
People that work should all have the right to rest. It doesn’t matter where you’re at, where you’re from, all workers should have rights just for the simple reason that they work. Employers should respect this right that the people working for them have. All around the world including the US we know that people don’t always have this fundamental right. Those that are wealthier, with more power just use their workers not giving them the proper treatment that they disserve
The UN mentioned this as part of their declaration to try to stop this from happening. To show the world that this should not happen.

Article 5 everyone has the right to a nationality
i also choose this one becuase i believe that everyone in this world is born with a nationality. therefore no one should be judged based on theirs. this is in the declaration because no one in this world is born without a race so there fore we sould not discriminate.

in this country we were blessed to be able to worship any religion that we want too. no one can tell us that we ae restrcited to one religion
i thnk this is in the declaration becuase everyone in this world should havethe right to worship who they want

article 19 says everything thay i believe in. we all have the right to speak and say what we want and how we want. now although we do not follow threw about how we do these things we are still allowed to speak how we want

It's true every person should have life. Every person should be born free and every one should have the security. People need these rights to feel free.

This is true. We need to be free. I feel good that i can count on this one b/c it makes us treat everyone the same.

When i think of this article i think of the 8th Amendment. The only way you can get punish is if you do something equally as bad to get that punishment.
Article 6
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
This is good because it helps everyone to remember that we are all human. We all make mistakes.
